One dies of COVID-19 in Demow BPHC

DEMOW: Palash Hazarika (43), a resident of Demow Madhupur and an employee of the Malaria Department in Demow BPHC, who had tested positive for COVID-19 few days ago and was undergoing treatment at Assam Medical College and Hospital (AMCH) in Dibrugarh, died on Tuesday morning. The Joint Director of Health, Sivasagar paid tribute to Palash Hazarika in Sivasagar on Tuesday evening. His demise has been widely condoled in Demow area. He leaves behind his wife, a son and a host of relatives.
