JAGUN: One ULFA-Independent cadre was held in a joint operation by Assam Police and 19th Assam Rifles Jairampur in Jagun Tinkupani Reserve forest under Margherita Sub-division in Tinsukia district on Saturday. The cadre has been identified as Mitu Axom (37) also known as Purnima Borah of Golaghat district of Horupathar village. The cadre along with recovered items was handed over to Tinsukia police for further investigations.
