Police officer dies of cardiac arrest at Jagiroad

JAGIROAD: The traffic in-charge of Jagiroad PS, Putul Ali (59) died of cardiac arrest on Sunday at his residence here. He leaves behind his wife and a daughter. His son had died recently in a tragic road accident. The demise of this popular police officer was deeply consoled by the people of Jagiroad. Ali originally hailed from Sivasagar but was living in Jagiroad for many years.
