Poor BSNL service irked consumers in Dhekiajuli with connectivity finally restored on May 11

DHEKIAJULI: The consumers of BSNL broadband and landline under Dhekiajuli subdivision had been facing a lot of inconvenience since April 30. Finally, they could heave a sigh of relief on May 11 when BSNL connectivity was restored.

Consumers have alleged that BSNL services are frequently disconnected in Dhekiajuli subdivision. While private telecom operators are providing good service, BSNL service is poor in the area.

Ramesh Borah, the president of Dhekiajuli Senior Citizen Association, expressed deep anguish at the frequent disruption of BSNL services in Dhekiajuli circle. Borah alleged that due to the disruption of BSNL services in Dhekiajuli circle for the last few days, BSNL consumers had to suffer a lot. Questions are now being raised on the technical proficiency of the technical staff of BSNL.
