Sivasagar district committee of Brihattar Asomiya Yuva Mancha formed in Nazira

SIVASAGAR: The third annual convention of the Sivasagar district committee of Brihattar Asomiya Yuva Mancha (BAYM) was held at MC Club, Nazira with a day-long programme recently.

The meeting was presided over by the chief advisor of BAYM central committee, Atul Gogoi. Representatives from all the regional units of BAYM of Sivasagar district were also present on the occasion. The meeting elected a 31-member new body of the Sivasagar district committee of BAYM with Jadumoni Kalita as president and Bishnu Jyoti Saikia as secretary chief. The new committee will take oath at a function to be held at Market Complex near Sibsagar Girls' College in Sivasagar on July 2.
