State Teacher Award Winner Felicitated At Srimanta Sankaradeva Kalakshetra

Numaligarh: Child litterateur, scribe and Headmaster of Numaligarh High School, Mohen Saikia was awarded with the State Teacher Award, 2019 in recognition of his contribution in the field of education on the occasion of Teachers’ Day at Srimanta Sankaradeva Kalakshetra, Guwahati.

Saikia was felicitated by many social organizations of the area along with Bokakhat Press Club, Gorkha Students’ Union, Numaligarh ME Girls’ School, Numaligarh Junior College, Kamargaon AASU unit and Kamargaon Journalists’ Association at the conference hall of Numaligarh High School on Saturday. The felicitation programme was presided over by former Headmaster Bubul Dutta. Saikia was gifted with mementos, citation letters and other gift items by various organizations and persons.
