Xatriya Sanskriti Darshan to be organized by Asom Xatra Mohasabha, Delhi

MANGALDAI: With the noble intention to take the Xatriya culture, the Asom Xatra Mohasabha, Delhi is organizing a classical extravaganza “Xatriya Sanskriti Darpan” on the evening of December 1 in New Delhi. The cultural extravaganza has been arranged at Sri Satya Sai International Center Auditorium at Bhisma Pitamoh Marg, at Lodhi Road in New Delhi. Dr. Bhabananda Borbayan, an internationally renowned exponent of ‘Xatriya’ culture will perform ‘Keli Gopal Naat’ while Nilotpal Bora, a renowned contemporary artiste from Assam will perform “Xatriya Sangeet’ in the function. The artistes of Xatriya Sanskriti Kendra at Gurgaon will present their performance in Xatriya culture while ‘Xatriya Darshan’- an audiovisual documentary on ‘Raas Mahotsava’ will be screened in the function.
