72 metre-long Tricolour steals the show on Independence Day

Silchar, Aug 16: Hindu Chatra Sangh of the saffron brigade of the Bharatiya Janata Party which came into existence very recently stole the show on the Independence Day by taking out a rally carrying a 72 metre long National Flag in Silchar. The rally which began from Rangirkhari point, moved across the important streets of the town. Students in large numbers joined hands in holding this 72 metre long Tricolour. The Tricolour, the first of its kind, caught the imagination of many passerby and residents. All flocked to see the National Flag.
