All India Tennis Association meet from December 4

GUWAHATI: The All India Tennis Association (AITA) has allotted two AITA Championship Series Tennis Tournaments to All Assam Tennis Association (AATA). Both the meets would be held in December. Guwahati will host the first meet, for the 16 years age group players, from December 4-6. The second tournament will be held at Jorhat from December 11-13 for the 18 years age group players. The secretary of the All Assam Tennis Association Ankush Dutta informed the media that there would be only single event in both the tournaments and open for players from Assam as AITA has prohibited interstate travel for the players to participate in the tournaments because of COVID-19 pandemic.
