Gauhati Town Club earns full points

GUWAHATI: Gauhati Town Club (GTC) earned full points against Rajbari AC in the GSA Super Division Soccer League match held at the Nehru stadium here today.

The match was earlier abandoned because of players violence in the field. Rajbari started the match very well and even earned lead in the 16th minute through Amo. The scoreline was 1-0 in favour of Rajbari. However Gauhati Town Club came back strongly in the second half and scored twice to earn full points from the game. Nabin Sahariah scored the equaliser in the 73rd minute while S Boy Singh settled the match in favour of GTC five minutes before the final whistle.
