Sports Quiz Competition held at Kumar Bhaskar Natya Mandir

GUWAHATI: The 3rd Pulin Das Memorial Open Prize Money Sports Quiz Competition was held here at Kumar Bhaskar Natya Mandir on Sunday afternoon where Subhrajit Bhattacharya and Deepanjan Deb emerged winners. The second and third places went to Shoubhik Bhattacharjee & Mridul Ram Kalita and Raktim Ranjan Baishya & TribunJyoti Sarma respectively.

The competition was conducted by renowned quiz masters Dipankar Koushik and Dilip Kumar Sarma.

The final round was a six rounds affair comprising of two dry rounds, one audio, one video, one still photo and two buzzer rounds respectively. In all 35 teams participated in the first stage of the competition held as preliminary screening round from where six teams were selected for the final round.

The top three winning teams were rewarded with a cash award of Rs. 12,000, Rs. 8,000 and Rs. 6,000 along with trophies respectively. This is stated in a release.
