Tea tribe community attend holistic leadership development programme for North East

DIMAPUR: Assam Valley Baptist Mission (AVBM) and Northeast Alliance for Leadership Education and Social Transformation (NEALEAST) at Youth Oasis Centre (YoC) in Iralibill, Dimapur jointly organized the 2nd phase of the holistic leadership development programme for the leaders of the “Tea Tribes” churches in the borders of Nagaland and Assam from February 7 to 9.

Under the theme of, “Tea Tribes for Holistic Transformation in North East India,” the 65 member team of Christian leaders from the “tea tribes” community comprising 27 females and 38 male Church leaders attended the meeting.

The resource persons were Rev Dr. Takatemjen, Rev Dr. Rabi Pame, and Rev Dr. Toshi Langu. A total of 18 lectures on Christian Leadership were delivered during the training. On February 9, the trainees visited and participated at the Dimapur Ao Baptist Church (DABA).

During the farewell, completion certificates were awarded to the participants.
