AASU among others remembered Martyrs of 1942 Quit India Movement

The Martyrs of the 1942 Quit India Movement was remembered on their 77th death anniversary today in Gohpur.

Gohpur sub-divisional administration, All Assam Students' Union among others paid their rich tributes to the freedom fighters Kanaklata Barua, Mukunda Kakati, Bhogeshwari Phukanani, and Kumali Devi who laid down their lives for India's independence.
