AJYCP members form human chain across Assam to protest against CAA 2019

The Asom Jatiyatabadi Yuva Chatra Parishad (AJYCP) formed a human chain to stage their protest against contentious Citizenship Amendment Act, 2019.

Thousands of people joined hands to form a human chain today morning in various parts of Assam.

In Tinsukia, the members of AJYCP demanded immediate scrapping of the contentious CAA 2019 and implementation of Inner Line Permit (ILP) in the state.

Similarly, in Lakhimpur, the members of AJYCP gheraoed the Deputy Commissioner office and formed a human chain demanding withdrawal of the contentious bill and implementation of Inner Line Permit (ILP).

Also, in Sonari under Charaideo District, members of the AJYCP walked down the street and formed a human chain this morning demanding the same.
