Ayushmann Mukherjee from Silchar bags Gold medal in International Thai Boxing Championship

Meet Ayushmann Mukherjee from Silchar, Assam, who has set his sights on becoming a world-class Muay Thai fighter from the state.

Recently, Ayushmann bagged a gold medal at the International Thai Boxing Championship in Bangkok, Thailand.

Although, Ayushmann hails from a very poor family in Silchar's Chengkuri village, he has managed to train himself to be self-sufficient.

Earlier, Ayushmann won medals in Shillong in the year 2017 and in the year 2019 in Kerela respectively.
