Covid-19: NHM conducts temporary screening camp at Paltan Bazaar

National Health Mission, Assam has conducted a day-long novel coronavirus screening camp at busy Paltan Bazaar area in Guwahati on Tuesday. A group of doctors from the NHM has examined a large number of commuters.

However, no suspected coronavirus case has been detected so far in the screening. The attending doctors also appealed to the people to remain alert and maintain hygiene to thwart infection of the dreaded virus. Awareness leaflets were also distributed in the programme.
