GMC conducts Joint survey cum eviction drive at Jalukbari, Adabari, Maligaon areas

It's a wakeup call for the all the restaurants and other business establishments in the city as the Enforcement wing, Food and Safety Department, Health Department under Gauhati Municipal Corporation on Friday conducted a joint survey cum eviction drive at Jalukbari, Adabari, Maligaon areas for the removal of illegal encroachment and clearance of footpaths.

As stated by the Pallavi Kachari, collector GMC, all the restaurants and other business establishments including the open shops will be penalized for violation of the laws.
