NRC hearing ahead of Final Publication creates sensation in Biswanath

At a time when the entire state is waiting for the final publication of the NRC on August 31st, 2019, there are reports surfacing in the media that several NRC Seva kendras are conducting hearings at their registered offices in Biswanath district.
