The Golaghat District Go Palak Santha stages protest by throwing several litres of milk into Dhunseri river

The Go palak Santha Golaghat district unit on Monday staged protest for not being able to get proper prices for their milk and milk products by dumping several litres of Milk in the nearby river Dhunseri .

The Association alleged that the dairy farmers of the region on account of failing to get proper prices are feeling insecure. The Association has threatened to stop selling of milk for an indefinite period if the administration does not accept their demand.
