Three illegal saw mills seized by Forest Protection Force at Kampur in Nagaon

The Forest Protection Force in an operation seized three illegal saw mills in Kampur on Thursday.

The operation was carried out under the direction of Nagaon District Forest official Rajen Choudhury. The Forest Protection Force was led by Protection Ranger Ananda Kakoti.

As per sources, there has been widespread increase in alleged illegal trade of sand, stones, wood in Kampur area since past couple of months.
