Technical snag in banks

Prime Minister Narendra Modi's magnanimous outlook for the poor masses helped many poor families financially, as the PM launched many benevolent schemes for the poor. One such scheme is 'Prime Minister's Garib Kalyan Yojana' where poor women's account in the bank is created with Rs. 500 per month. Particularly during 'lockdown' when the men folk cannot go out for earning daily wage the amount brings at least some food or medicine to the needy families. We could see long, serpentine queue in the banks where many poor women throng, wait agog for the amount to be withdrawn. Incidentally, like their counterparts in the health sector and police the bank employees and officers also render Yeoman's service to the customers more particularly during 'Lockdown'. But in certain cases we could painfully observe that even after waiting for their turn to come some women have to go back disappointed. The reason is – the technical snag in the network – say it is very slow and the message reads – 'Your request cannot be processed', 'No Fingerprint data available', We can understand that the technical experts of the banks can exert to mitigate the pain of the poor women. We believe such problems confronting the banks/customers service point (CSP) might also be there in other parts of Assam.
