Notice Inviting Tender (NIT)

Office of the Commissioner of Transport, Assam invites sealed quotations affixing court fees stamps of Rs. 8.25/- (Non-Refundable) in two bid system (Technical Bid & Financial Bid) only from reputed firms / manufacturer / authorized Dealer for Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) of Server, Computers, Networks Switches, UPS, Printers, Scanners , Finger Print Devices of Biometrics Attendance and other accessories already installed in all District Transport Offices of Assam including office of the Commissioner of Transport, Assam.

Date of issue and submission of bidding documents

1. Date and time for Bid issue:- w.e.f. 08/ 10/ 2020 at 11.00 AM to 28/10/ 2020 at 2 P.M.
2. Date and time for Bid submission:- w.e.f. 08/10/2020 at 11.00 AM to 29/10/2020 at 2 P.M
3. Time and Date of opening of Technical Bids: - 29/10/2020 at 3.30 P.M.
4. Venue of Bid Opening at Office of the Commissioner of Transport, Assam, Paribahan Bhawan, Jawahar Nagar, Khanapara, Guwahati-22
5. The interested Bidder can download the BID documents of the CAMC of Computer and its Peripherals etc from the Commissione rate of Transport, Assam official website https://comtransport.assam.gov.in. from the date of 08/10/2020 at 11.00 A.M upto 28/10/2020 at 2p.m.
6. The Technical bids will be opened in the presence of representatives of tenderers, if any. If the date of submission/opening happens to be a holiday, the bids shall be submitted/ opened next working day at the same time. Requests for postponement will not be entertained. Delayed tenders and tenders submitted by Fax/email bids or Late/shall not be considered.
7. The Office of the Commissioner of Transport, Assam reserves the right to change the opening time and date of the tender due to administrative reason by notifying the same on the website https://comtransport.assam.gov.in. The Commissione rate of Transport, Assam will not liable for delay in submission of tenders and system errors (if any) & the Office of the Commissioner of Transport, Assam reserves the right to accept any or all tenders either in part or in full without assigning any reasons thereof.
