DC, Golaghat Invites E-tender for transportation of Food-grains

NOTICE INVITING TENDER (NIT) for selection/appointment of Handling and Transport Contractor for transportation of Food-grains under NFSA/2013 of Golaghat District.

The Deputy Commissioner, Golaghat Invites E-tender for transportation of Food-grains i.e. Rice detailed hereunder.

E-Tender to cover under 02 (Two) Tier system comprising of Technical and Financial (Price) bid are invited from interested handling transport contractor (s) for selection and appointment as "Handling and Transport Contractor and Fixation of Rate" for transportation of food-grains under NFSA/2013 IN 02 (Two) Tier-I (from) FCI Godown to GPSS/WCCS Godown) and Tier-II (from GPSS/WCCS Godown to FPS Dealer/Agent) for transportation and delivery upto FP Shop level in respect of Golaghat Sadar, Bokakhat and Dhansiri Sub-Division under Golaghat District for the 2020-2021.

E-Tender is to be submitted online through the portal https://asamtenders.gov.in Bidders have to enrol themselves with portal and read the instruction carefully before participating. The Deputy Commissioner, Golaghat reserves the right to change the dates by notifying the same on the website. The department will not responsible for any delay in submission of tenders' system errors (if any).
