Deputy Commissioner, Udalguri invite tender for printing of forms and flex

NOTICE INVITING TENDER

Sealed quotation affixing non-refundable court fee stamps worth Rs 8.25 (Rupees eight and twenty five paisa) only are hereby invited from the reputed printing press having registration of GSTN/ PAN Card etc for supply of the following items to the Deputy Commissioners Office, Udalguri for implemention of the scheme "Orunodoi". The last date of receipt of the quotation is fixed on 07.10.2020 upto 03.00 P.M. and will opened at 04.00 P M on the same day. The quotationers/ representatives may remain present while opening the quotation.

Terms & Conditions:

The rate fixed shall remain valid for 1 (one) year from the date of acceptance.
Overwriting in the quotation paper will not be entertained.
Rate against each item should be clearly written both in figure and words.
It is not binding on the undersigned to accept the lowest rate.
The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without showing any reason thereof.
Forms are to be supplied as and when it is required.
Payment will be made as when fund is received from Govt.
Should have own printing press.
