Director of Archives(i/c), Guwahati invite tender for the work of listing, indexing along with data entry etc

NOTICE INVITING QUOTATION

Sealed quotation affixing court fee stamp of Rs 8.25 (Rupees eight and paise twenty five) only (non- refundable) are invited from the eligible firms/company for undertaking the work of Listing, Indexing along with data entry and conservation works of archival files preserved by engaging 6 (six) persons in the Directorate of Archives, Assam. The Tender should be submitted in two bid system viz. 'Technical Bid' and the 'Financial Bid' in separate cover duly wax sealed and then sealed the both in a big envelope along with tenderers name, address and contact number. Both the covers should be clearly written as Technical and Financial Bid respectively and duly supercribed as "TENDER FOR THE WORK OF LISTING, INDEXING ALONG WITH DATA ENTRY Etc." addressed to the Directorate of Archives, Assam, Dispur, Guwahati - 781006.

The quotation must reach the undersigned on or before 1:30 pm of 9th October, 2020 and no tender received thereafter will be accepted. Intending tenderers shall submit tender in the box in front of the office chamber of the Director of Archives. The undersigned does not bind himself the acceptance of the lowest tendered rate and may reject any quotation without assigning any reason thereof.

LISTING, INDEXING ALONG WITH DATA ENTRY AND CONSERVATION WORKS OF ARCHIVAL FILES.
