Directorate of Archaeology, Guwahati invite tender for infrastructure/protection, preservation of Charaideo Maidams archaeological site

CORRIGENDUM

Name of Scheme/Work INFRASTRUCTURE/PROTECTION, PRESERVATION OF CHARAIDEO MAIDAMS ARCHAEOLOGICAL SITE UNDER SOPD FOR THE YEAR 2020-21.

The following eligibility criteria shall be henceforth considered for tender no. NO.ARCH.384/Pt-II/e-T/2020-21 dated Guwahati the 21st September 2020.

In lieu of Clause No.1.1 (e )(2) the clause should be read as (2) G.S.T. Registration with return certificate up to March 2020.

In lieu of Clause No.1.1 (e)(3) the clause should be read as (3) Contractor/Firm Registration Certificate. [For Group G (ii) - Valid Surveyor licence is necessary issued by any Central or State Government Department.]

In lieu of Clause No.1.1 (e)(4) the clause should be read as (4) Registration under Employees Provident Fund and a valid Labour License. [Except Group G — (iii)]

In lieu of Clause No.1.1 (e )(10) the clause should be read as (10) Bidders must submit Audited Balance Sheet in support of the financial credentials of the last 3 financial years.

In lieu of Clause No.1.1 (e )(11)(i) the clause should be read as

For Group G (ii) only, The bidder/contractor should have at least 1 (one) single completion certificate of similar work of geodetic surveys for contour and topographic survey and GIS mapping of value not less than Rs. 50.00 Lakh under any Government Organization. The bidder/contractor should have experience of minimum cumulative work value of 100% package value for similar work of geodetic surveys for contour and topographic survey and GIS mapping any Government Organization. The clause will remain same as earlier for Groups [A, A(i), A(ii), B, C, C(i), C(ii), D, D(ii)] except Group G (ii).
