NOTICE INVITING QUOTATION

Sealed quotations affixing Court Fee Stamps of Rs. 8.25 (Nonrefundable) are hereby invited from local Printing Press / Firms etc. for printing and supply of GAUHATI HIGH COURT CALENDAR, 2021 as mentioned below:

1) WaIl Calendar (Double Crown, 300 GSM)(Single Sheeter) :1000 Nos.

2) Wall Calendar (Flex Printing Banner Paper, with Rolling Stick at top and bottom) (Single Sheeter) :150 Nos.

3) A4 size Calendar (250 GSM) : 1200 Nos.

4) 1/4 Demy Size Calendar (250 GSM) :150 Nos.

Interested press / firms may contact the undersigned for ascertaining the specification, size, model etc. of the calendars.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The quotation should reach the undersigned on or before 19th October, 2020 during office hours.

2. The tenderer shall clearly mention the rate per piece both in words and figures excluding GST. GST is to be shown separately against each item.

3. The Judiciary reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without giving any reason thereof.

4. The tenderer should submit about 3 to 4 different best quality papers as sample for calendars.
