Guwahati Municipal Corporation, Guwahati invite tender for lease settlement of Beltola bi-weekly market

TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders in prescribed forms are invited from intending Self Help Groups (SHGs), ALFs, CLFs etc. for lease settlement of the following Markets under Guwahati Municipal Corporation for 4(Four) months only for the year 2020-21 w.e.f. 01-12-2020 to 31-03-2021.

The details are as follows

Tender forms along with copy of terms and conditions may be obtained from the Office of Guwahati Municipal Corporation at Lakhtokia, Market Branch on payment of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees one thousand) only as non-refundable tender form fee from 20-10-2020 till 05-11-2020 in between 10 AM to 3 pm. Defaulters will not be allowed to participate in the tender process. Any quoted bid value in excess of more than ten percent (10%) to the estimated amount will be summarily rejected.

Willing bidder may submit their tenders in the Tender Box between 10 AM and up to 2 pm on 06-10-2020 at GMC, Commissioner Office at Panbazar. In case of any holidays, the next working day will be considered for scrutiny. No tender will be received after 2 pm on that day under any circumstances. Tenders will be opened at 11 AM on 07-11-2020 in presence of the tenderers or their representative /authorized agents.

The detailed information in this regard may be collected from Market Branch of GMC Office at Lakhtokia during office hours on all working days. The respective estimated value of each market can also be downloaded from GMC website i.e. www.gmcportal.in or gmc.assam.gov.in
