SHORT NOTICE INVITING TENDER
Sealed tender affixing court fee stamp of Rs 8.25 (Rupees eight and paise twenty five) only with a validity period of 180 (One hundred eighty) days invited from the contractors registered under APWD (Bldg.) for the followig work.

Earnest Money may be deposited in the form of TDR/FDR duly pledge in favour of the Executive Engineer, PWD, Jorhat Building Division, Jorhat payable at Jorhat.
- Date of receipt of application 25/09/2020 along with up to date attested copies GST/Pan Card registration certificate, Labour licence, EPF Partnership Deed/Power of attorney. In case of Pertnership farm duly attested by the Govt. Gazetted officer else crossed IPO/ Bank Draft/Banker Cheque drawn in favour of Executive Engineer, PWD, Jorhat Building Division, Jorhat payable at Jorhat.
- The tender paper will be issued on 29.9.2020.
- The tender papers will be received up to 2.00 PM of 03.10.2020 and will be opened at 2.30 PM on same date. If any reason the last date of received/opening of tender are declared as holiday, tender will be received and opened on the next working day at the same time as above. The tender of his authorised agent may remain present at the time of opening of tender papers.
