PWD, Nagaon Invites Tender for Repair & Renovation of Doctor's & Nurses Quaters

SHORT TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tender affixing of Court Fee Stamps of Rs. 8.25 (Rupees Eight & twenty five Paisa) only drawn in the F-2 form with a validity period of 180 (One hundred & eighty days) only are invited from the registered APWD (Building) contractors for the following works as shown below.

Detailed particulars may be seen during office hours on any working days at the office of the undersigned. Tender paper will be issued to the contractors or their authorized agent up to 5.00 PM of all working days as mentioned above at the office of the undersigned on payment on cost of tender paper as detailed in the form of Bank Draft/B.C from any Nationalized Bank in favour of Executive Engineer, PWD, Nagaon Building Division. Contractors have to submit valid registration certificate, GST Registration certificate, PAN Card, WC (2), up-to-date EPF, Caste Certificate if necessary & for Electrical work up-to-date Registration Certificate or Electrical tie-up is required) at the time of dropping of tender. Earnest money as detailed above have to be submitted along with the tender and should in the form of NSC/TDR/Fixed Deposit in favour of the undersigned. If for any reason, last date of receiving and opening of tender is declared a holiday, the same will be received and opened in the next working day. The allotment of the work will be done as per decision of the authority. Also for any irrational rate quoted by the contractor the decision of the undersigned will be the final.
