Guwahati, April 3: Cases have been registered against Minister Gautam Roy and Congress leader Bharat rah for allegedly distributing cash to voters, election officials said today. They said another case has been registered after the brother of Congress candidate Rupak Sharma (Behali) was also caught distributing cash worth Rs 90,000.
