Rafale Review Verdict In Supreme Court Today

NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court will on Wednesday pronounce its order on the government plea claiming privilege over the documents submitted by petitioners seeking review of its December 14, 2018, Rafale judgment. On Wednesday, there would be two judgments — one by Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi and the other by Justice K.M. Joseph. The government has sought to junk of the plea filed by former Finance Minister Yashwant Sinha, journalist-turned-politician Arun Shourie and activist-lawyer Prashant Bhushan. (IANS)
