'Will consider if Paresh Baruah wants to see ailing mother'

Guwahati, Sept 16: Assam Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi on Wednesday said his government will consider on humanitarian grounds if Paresh Baruah, the chief of ULFA's anti-talk faction, desires to see his ailing mother Miliki Baruah. Gogoi, who extended a fincial assistance of Rs 1 lakh for Miliki Baruah's treatment, wished her a quick recovery. Miliki Baruah, 88, was admitted to a private nursing home in Dibrugarh on Tuesday after she complained of palpitation and breathing trouble.
