2,236 new COVID-19 positive cases detected in Assam

GUWAHATI: As many as 2,236 COVID positive cases were detected in Assam on Saturday. The virus claimed 14 people in the past 24 hours in the State. The COVID positivity rate in the State was 3.24 per cent on Saturday. While 815 cases were detected in Kamrup (M) during the day, 196 cases were reported in Kamrup, 123 in Nagaon and 115 in Dibrugarh.
