Congress star campaigner Rahul Gandhi interacts with people at Digboi

As Assembly elections in Assam draw closer, the Congress star campaigner Rahul Gandhi is on his two-day visit to Assam.

Gandhi on Saturday interacted with OIL employees at the IOC Refinery at Digboi in upper Assam's Tinsukia district.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has intensified his attacks on the Narendra Modi government.

Taking a dig at the BJP government, the Congress leader on Saturday said that unemployment, inflation, poverty, earnings of 'friends' increased under the Modi govt.

He alleged that the Modi government destroyed the economy.

Speaking to the media oil worker said, "Today Rahul Gandhi has interacted with our Oil employees. We request him to solve our problems and he promises us. The BJP government deprived us. Rahul Gandhi assured to increase the capacity of Digboi refinery."
