Strict Action Against Tree Fellers: Assam Guv

Assam Governor Prof Jagdish Mukhi took part in a massive tree plantation drive in BTAD area. The Governor oversaw a tree plantation drive. of 400 trees. He warned anyone involved in tree felling and illegal coal mining of severe action. "No wood allowed to go out of BTAD area, no wood allowed to enter BTAD areas. I m reviewing action taken or not taken on tree felling, illegal coal mining and COVID care," Governor said.
