The more hydrated you are, the sooner side effects might ease.
WEAR MASK, MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCE.
Vaccination does not mean you are completely immune to Covid. You may also transmit to unvaccinated persons.
EAT HEALTHY FOOD.
Lots of green vegetables and fruits should be part of your diet to strenghten and maximise the effect of vaccine.
ENCOURAGE OTHERS TO GET VACCINATED.
Once vaccinated, motivate others to get vaccinated
DON'Ts
DON'T PANIC ABOUT THE SIDE EFFECTS.
Side effects can be proof that your immune system is working the way it is supposed to be. Some common side effects includes fatigue, high fever, pain or swelling at the injection site and possibly headache or nausea.
DON'T DRINK ALCOHOL,PROCESSED OR SUGARY FOOD.
Heavy alcohol consumption over a long term can supress the immune system and potentially interfere with your vaccine response
DON'T PRACTICE STRENUOUS PHYSICAL EXERCISES.
After taking a shot it is good to stay off exercises for atleast two to three days
NO BLOOD DONATION FOR 28 DAYS.
According to National Blood Transfusion Council(NBTC), its advisible not to donate blood for 28 days right after the last dose of Covid-19 vaccine
DON'T LOSE YOUR VACCINATION CARD.
Proof of vaccination is starting to be required at certain travel destinations and venues. Also a number of applications have been developed to digitalized that process
