List of Actresses who refused to work with Shah Rukh Khan

reports claimed that ‘The Family Man 2’ actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu was approached for Shah Rukh Khan's film ‘Atlee. According to Bollywood Life, the makers of the film approached Samantha before Nayanthara. However, she rejected the offer as she was planning a family with Naga Chaitanya.

As per Bollywood Life, the film ‘Darr’ was first offered to the late actress Sridevi. However, she refused to work with Shah Rukh Khan due to some unknown reasons. Later, Juhi Chawla was seen in the movie.

Bollywood queen Karisma Kapoor had rejected two movies that starred Shah Rukh Khan. The actress was offered the role of Tina in Karan Johar’s movie ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’. Later, Rani Mukerji played this character. Karishma refused to work in ‘Asoka’, however, her sister Kareena Kapoor played the role later.

Some media reports have claimed that Hema Malini felt that SRK ‘overacted’. Therefore, she never worked with him.

Kangana Ranaut, who is known for her bold and fiery statements, had also spoken about SRK. According to Bollywood Life, she once said, “There is no longevity with working with Khans. It’s the other way around. Where would it take me? Can it take me a notch higher than where I already am? It cannot! What can it give me that I have already not achieved? I can’t see a single thing…if you can tell me.”
