Organize in the morning
Complete your morning tasks quickly before going to bed to get rid of the things that can cause to feel rushed or anxious in the morning
Read a Book
Relax at night by reading a good book to unwind before going to bed rather than using your phone.
Spend some time at night to meditate to help relax your mind before going to bed
Take a warm bath
A warm bath for about an hour or two before bedtime can lower your body temperature to help facilitate the body's natural flow into sleep when going to bed
Have a light Snack
To stop yourself from waking up to your stomach rumbling, have a healthy light snack one to two hours before bed to east night-time cravings
