BTS is a South Korean boy band also known as Bangtan Boys consists of members V, RM, Jin, Suga, J-hope, Jimin, and Jungkook. The BTS band gained popularity all over the world for their songs having a primary focus on mental health, social and personal commentary.
Rank 2: Blackpink
Blackpink is a South Korean girl group with four members namely Lisa, Jennie, Jisoo, and Rose. Their debuted album is Square One and this group is the highest charted female Korean act on the Billard Hot 100. Their Album namely The Album in 2020 is the first-ever album of girl members to sell more than 1 million copies.
Rank 3: Hyun-jin Ryu
Hyun-jin Ryu is a South Korean baseball player known for Toronto Blue Jays and MLB, Major League Baseball. He had earlier played for Hanwha Eagles and Los Angeles Dodgers in MLB. He was the first player to join the MLB team in 2013 after his seven seasons with the Eagles. He is a left-handed pitcher who has achieved ERA, earned a run average of 1.26 through his first 14 starts in 2019 in the Major League Baseball All-star Game.

Son Heung-min is a well-known professional footballer from South Korea who is the captain of the South Korea National Team. He made his debut in the year 2010 in the German Bundesliga and now plays as a forward for Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur. He was born in Gangwon Province later shifted to Germany and joined Hamburger SV when he was 16 years old.

Lim Young-woong is a renowned entertainer who has gained fame being a trot singer and entertained through YouTube where he has more than 1.23 million subscribers. He had made his debut by singing the song ‘Hate You’ in 2016 and was later known variedly after his completion on Mr. Trot the reality television show.

Kwang-hyun Kim is a professional South Korean pitcher who plays with his left hand. He has played in KBO League and MLB, Major League Baseball. He made his professional debut in the year 2007 when signed by SK wyverns. In the year 2008, Kim went 16-4 with a 2.39 ERA and 150 strikeouts in 162 innings pitched.

Yoo Jae-suk is a well-known television personality who is a comedian as well as a host by profession. He has hosted popular television shows namely Happy together, Infinite Challenge, Running Man, and Hangout With you. Yoo is a 49 years old celebrity who is also a member of SSAK3, the Seasonal South Korean Supergroup.

Young Tak is a popular celebrity from South Korea who is an actor, singer, and songwriter. His first album is Young Tak Disia in the year 2007 then began with trot singing in 2016 by releasing his first trot album named Nuna You Are Perfect. He earned fame with the biggest hit song ‘Jjiniya’ and through the TV audition show Mr. Trot.

Jung Dong-won is 14 years old singer and an actor from South Korea who acted in drama, movies, and television series. He appeared in Goosebumps as the main role and in a supporting role of Goo Pil Soo Is Not There. Jung acted in the 2020 Korean movie ‘Mr. Tror: The Movie’ and his TV shows include Racket Boys, The Return of Super Man, and Knowing Bros.
Rank 10: Jang Yoon Jeong
Jang Yoon Jeong is a trot singer from South Korea who gained popularity through her single “Eomeona!” which was a big hit in the year 2004. The song is created to popularize trot music in South Korea and in 2017 Jang was found to be the third most popular singer in the country. Her most popular series are The Clinic for Married Couples Love and War, Nonstop 5, and Entertainer, a DJ radio show in the year 2016.
