Guwahati: Stationed Boat Catches Fire at Uzanbazar Ghat

GUWAHATI: A boat named Sukafa caught fire at Guwahati's Uzanbazar Ghat and was completely ignited by its high flames.

According to reports, at the time of the incident, three people were trapped inside the ship. Fortunately they were not hurt in the incident.

Fire-fighters arrived on the scene and extinguished the blaze in the night of the latest fire tragedy happened. However, the cause of burning fire is not known.

Notably, the vessel used to ply between Uzanbazar Ghat to Umannanda Temple.
