Anchalik committee of Kalaigaon Sharaniya Kachari formed

KALAIGAON, January 4: The Kalaigaon Anchalik Committee of the Sharaniya Kachari Students’ Union held its third annual conference and the second annual conference of Kalaigaon Sharaniya Kachari Gatantrik ri Mancha at the Kalaigaon Public Playground with a two–day long programme that concluded on Sunday. On the second day today an open meeting was held which was presided over by Bhabani Saraniya. Ramesh Chandra Das, chairman of Sharaniya Kachari Sanmilani, was the chief guest of the meeting. While addressing the meeting he said that a community should respect another community so that people could live peacefully.

A souvenir was also released by Sunbar Baruah. The new committee of Kalaigaon Sharaniya Kachari was formed at this conference where Bhabani Sharaniya was made president and  Bikash Sharaniya  was made secretary. Several noteds person like MLA Mukunda Ram Chaudhury, Dandi Kumar Baro, Lankeswar Deka and Dipak Deka took the part in this meeting.
