Aruchalee body builders to vie for Mr India title

Itagar, January 6: Aruchalee body builders, Mr Aruchal–2014 Nishu Konia (70 kg) and 2nd runners up Raj Thakuri (75kg) clinched the honour in the 6th Eastern India Body Building Championship–2015, giving a shocking surprise to about 80 competitors and judges of the event.

Konia and Thakuri won gold and silver medal respectively in the 6th Eastern India Body Building Championship–2015 held at Khuman Lampak Sports Complex, Imphal on January 3–4 last.

Aruchal Body Building Association (ABBA) president Abraham K Techi, who led the eight–member team, informed that the duo will take part in Mr India championship–2015.

 “Wait and watch state body builders would prove their talent wherever they go,” said Coach Paklu Taipodia, who also runs the Rayhan Fitness Gym here.
