Bodo leaders meet Vajpayee

KOKRAJHAR, January 9: Prominent Bodo leaders, including the president of All Bodo Students’ Union (ABSU), Promod Boro, former Rajya Sabha MP Urkhao Gwra Brahma and general secretary of the tiol Democratic Front of Boroland (Progressive), Gobinda Basumatary, met former Prime Minister and political icon Atal Bihari Vajpayee at his 6 Krish Marg residence in New Delhi on Friday.
UG Brahma informed that they took the blessings of Vajpayee and they prayed for his good health. They also discussed about the issues of the Bodos with him. The BTC was created when Vajpayee was the Prime Minister.
