GUWAHATI: The Chief Minister's Special Vigilance Cell has almost completed the process of registering another case against former ACS officer Saibar Rahman, who is presently undergoing judicial custody.
Acting on a tipoff from Mankachar, an investigation was commenced in this case. Rahman was arrested in a disproportionate assets case in August 2021.
