GUWAHATI: The central Hilal Committee, Assam, said that 'Shab-e-Baraat' will be observed on March 7 in Assam along with the rest of the country. Hilal Committee president Fakhar Uddin Ahmad Kasimi said in a statement that the Shah-e-Baraat will be observed on March 7 (Tuesday) at night.
