NEW DELHI : Air India has finally nodded their head upon an intolerable occurrence that took place on the 26th of November, 2022. The flight was flying from New York to Delhi when a drunk man urinated on a fellow female passenger. 

The intoxicated man walked towards the women, flashed his private parts on her and urinated all over her. He was standing there even after peeing, however, was sent back by one of the co-passengers.

The incident did not receive any sort of attention as the crew members were negligent about the situation, stated the women. She stated that the cabin crew members offered her a pair pyjamas and chappals and did not take any action against the nasty action of the man.

However, the lady who is reportedly a senior citizen informed about the incident to the chairman of Tata Group, N Chandrasekharan. She wrote to him and expressed her sadness and disappointment.

She complained about the cabin crew members present at the time of incident, who did not raise any voice against the inhuman action.

India Today got in contact with the Air India regarding the matter when they stated that, the episode was reported to the regular authorities. They informed that the team was in frequent contact with the lady during the investigation.

The team of Air India claimed they had informed the police about the same. Furthermore, a committee has been set up by the concerned airline to restrict the man and put his name is the no fly list.

The Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) stated that, actions will be taken against the members who showed insensitiveness towards the matter.

Recently, a fight was initiated by passengers of Thai Smile Airways. A video went viral all over social media, where a group of passengers assaulted a fellow passenger prior to the take off. The Indian Aviation authorities have decided to the individuals involved in the incident in no-fly category.

However, their decision will only be implemented after the submission of police investigation report. The no fly list examines the behaviour of individuals on both scheduled and non scheduled flights. The GOI conducted a committee namely, the National No Fly List in the year 2017.
