17 new COVID-19 positive patients admitted to FAAMCH, Barpeta

BARPETA:Three persons tested COVID-19 positive in Barpeta district on Saturday. All the three had returned from other States and were at the Bhawanipur Quarantine Centre.

They are- Maniruj Zaman (21), Chandmama village, Barpeta; Musaraf Hussain (19), Bhogdiya, Barpeta and Lukman Khan (18), Kukarpar, Barpeta.

On Friday night, 14 COVID-19 positive patients were admitted to Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed Medical College and Hospital (FAAMCH), Barpeta. They were in various quarantine centres in Dhubri. All of them had come from other States. They are Manowar Hussain (24), Sanidul Hoque (24) and Raju Ahmed (20) from Dumardah HS School quarantine centre, from Jawahar Hindi School quarantine centre Saddam Hussain (20), Nur Islam (22) and Rustam Ali (24), from Pawarsara Agomoni HS Sanjit Sen (18), Sujata Sen (20) and Ruhi Das Sen (52), from Koimari PTS Kamandonga Senior Madrassa Enamul Hoque (24), from Choto Pakalagi Sagaliya quarantine centre Yunnus Ali (31) and Golapi Bibi (31), from Saupara PTS Sagaliya home quarantine Shah Alom (26) and from Shimlabari home quarantine Anowar Hussain.

On the other hand, eight COVID-19 positive patients admitted at FAAMCH recovered and they were released on Saturday. They are Nurul Islam (29), Sukmanah, Barpeta, Sahidul Islam (20), Dehar Kalakuchi, Nalbari, Tilak Lama (20), Subankhata, Baska, Sanjit Roy (19), Tegor Khata, Kokrajhar, Rajiv Chetry (26), Baska, Minoti Roy (17), Kawaimari, Golokganja, Dhubri, Kali Bahadur Limbo (25), Baska, and Nerson Daimary, Boitamari, Udalguri.
