Assam: Deplorable condition of road due to negligence of PWD (R) department

GOLAGHAT: Due to alleged apathy and negligence on the part of the PWD (R) department, the Rangajan to Golaghat connecting road has become deplorable.

Most stretches of the road are broken and filled with potholes. It has become risky for vehicles which pass through this road. Due to the poor condition of the road, there are chances of road mishaps. This road connects Golaghat town, Dergaon, and Jorhat district and is the lifeline for the people of this region. The local people have demanded the authority concerned to immediately repair the road.
