Early Life
Nurul Huda is a resident of the Rawmari village in the Nagaon district of Assam. He is the son of Late Ambaz Ali Foraji and Late Joygun Nessa. He was born on 24th Jan 1965 in Kanuamari. He is married and has four sons. By profession, he is a businessman.
Education
He is an HSLC pass from Mowamari Hight school, Nagaon, Assam, in 1986.
Career & Politics
He is a member of the Congress Party. In 2016 he was elected as an MLA from Rupohihat Constituency of Assam. He won the 2016 Assam elections with 72,627 votes. He defeated Nurul Amin Choudhury of AIUDF. He is contesting the upcoming Assam Assembly elections 2021 on a Congress (INC) ticket from Rupohihat Constituency. His main opponent is Nazir Hussain of Bharatiya Janata Party.
